Our company has become a corporate supporter of Esas Sosyal's "Hayırlı Sabancı English Chance Program" to contribute to the preparation of young individuals for employment. As part of this initiative, we have provided the opportunity for 20 students to undergo language education consisting of three courses over the course of one year.

CFA Institute Research Challenge
We have been a long-standing sponsor of the CFA Institute Research Challenge. In this competition, university students analyze a company listed on Borsa İstanbul, writing research reports under the mentorship of a professional from the industry and coaching from academic advisors. These reports are reviewed by a jury, and based on the results, students get the opportunity to compete in the Regional and Global levels with students from international universities in this field.
Esas Social - 'First Opportunity' Program with the Vision of Şevket Sabancı
We stand by recent graduates from Anatolian universities as they take their first steps into the professional world, supporting them for their career development. As part of this collaboration, managers from various departments of our company also mentor young individuals, conduct mock interviews, and shed light on their career development, all in line with the vision of Şevket Sabancı.
Odunpazarı Modern Museum (OMM)
In our collaboration with OMM, we provide Fine Arts University graduates with the opportunity to enhance various skills, such as making portfolio presentations and learning about their legal rights regarding their works. This is achieved through the 'Portfolio Days' program, where young artists meet with art professionals to refine their skills and gain insights into the beginnings of their careers.
Nature Education Programs
As part of our İş Asset TEMA Variable Fund, in collaboration with Türkiye İş Bankası, İş Asset Management and TEMA Foundation, we contribute to TEMA Foundation's "Nature Education Programs" designed for preschool and primary school students. This initiative enables children to better understand nature, ecosystems, and living creatures.
