In addition to fair recruitment processes for employees who have graduated from various universities both in Turkey and abroad, we carry out our training, compensation, performance evaluation, and promotion processes based on human resources policies grounded in diversity and equal opportunity. In terms of equal opportunity, we maintain a balanced workforce with 50% female and 50% male employees, ensuring alignment with our policies.

With a performance system that is concrete and quantitatively measurable, and promotion processes based on performance, we ensure the continuous development of our employees and reward them accordingly.

In line with our company culture, which prioritizes continuous learning, we organize training programs to support employees’ individual, professional, and competency development, preparing all our employees for the next level through competency and leadership programs. In addition to mandatory training required by legislation, we offer technical, personal, and professional development opportunities in a balanced and systematic manner, guided by our “Training Planning Manual” included in our HR practices and tailored to the nature of each role and its title requirements.

Furthermore, we organize training programs to raise awareness and educate our employees on sustainability. Currently, four of our employees have participated in these programs, and one of them has earned the ESG certification offered by the CFA Institute.

Through our postgraduate scholarship program, we aim to mutually benefit from the knowledge our employees gain and to increase our current 42% rate of employees with a master’s degree to even higher levels.

In addition to our company culture that values employee opinions and is open to feedback, we aim to ensure lasting satisfaction through the annual employee satisfaction survey we conduct. We see our employees as partners in achieving sustainable corporate success.
