The current values of real estate investments are determined by real estate appraisal firms authorized by the Capital Markets Board on March 15, June 15, September 15, December 15. The Fund's audit reports are prepared by one of the four major audit and consultancy firms and published on our website.
The Fund was established as an open-ended fund for indefinite period.An annual management fee is 0,5% of the asset under management.
