İş Asset Management Digital Technologies Venture Capital Investment Fund was established to invest in companies that offer a value proposition in the field of technology to support venture capital investments focused on digital technologies. At least 80% of the total value of the fund must consist of venture capital investments.
The Fund aims to invest in venture companies that develop technology, utilize technology, invest in technology or operate in related growth sectors, with priority given to companies that produce digital technology solutions and offer a value proposition in digital technologies.
The duration of the Fund is 7 years, with the last 1 years being the liquidation period. At the end of this period, exit from investments can be realized through public offering, sale to existing shareholders or sale to third parties.
An annual portfolio management fee of 1,0% of the net asset value is paid from the fund portfolio.
Principles for buying: The period of 1 (one) business day starting from the sales start date specified in the issuance document is determined as initial demand collection and the resource commitment period. Qualified investors may participate in the Fund by giving a subscription order or making a resource commitment on every business day in the period following the initial demand collection and resource commitment period.
Principles for selling: Fund shares could returned to the fund only at the end of the fund's duration. Share transfer is possible between qualified investors.
