İş Asset Real Estate Sector Equity Fund (Intensive Equity Fund)
At least 80% of the total fund value will be continuously invested in the domestic shares of companies operating in the Real Estate Sector, as well as the participation shares of exchange-traded funds (ETFs) established to track these shares. The Real Estate Sector refers to the shares included in the BIST Real Estate Investment Trusts Index (XGMYO) and the shares of domestic issuers traded on the BIST that include the phrase 'Real Estate' (Gayrimenkul) in their corporate titles. The fund can be purchased through all banks and brokerage firms via TEFAS.
