Our Sustainability Committee, which convenes at least twice a year, is responsible for the development of our sustainability strategy, targets, and related policies; the integration of these into our company’s business processes; the coordination of sustainability-related initiatives; and the monitoring of their performance. In addition, the Committee presents a report to the Board of Directors once a year.
The highest-level body responsible for sustainability management in our company is the Sustainability Committee, chaired by a Member of the Board of Directors. Our Sustainability Committee convenes at least twice a year and is responsible for the development of our sustainability strategy, goals, and related policies, their integration into our company’s business processes, the coordination and monitoring of sustainability-related activities, and reporting to the Board of Directors once a year. Our Procurement Manager is responsible for the secretariat of sustainability management.
