CFA Institute Local Research Challenge Sponsorship

Since 2019, our Company has been a sponsor of the CFA Institute Local Research Challenge, a competition organized by CFA Society Istanbul that brings together industry professionals and university students to write research reports. Through this sponsorship, we contribute to the career development of university students who aim to advance in the field of finance. The program also includes mentorship support and offers internship opportunities at our Company. Students from Istanbul, Izmir, Ankara, Eskişehir, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, and Georgia participate in the competition.

Türkiye İş Bankası 45th Istanbul Marathon

As part of the EDU – İş Portföy TEV Education Support Free Fund, established in collaboration with the Turkish Education Foundation (TEV), İş Portföy employees participated in the Türkiye İş Bankası 45th Istanbul Marathon in the “Corporate 8K” category. Donations collected through the marathon were transferred to TEV under the İş Portföy Future-Changing Scholarship Fund, providing scholarships for students in need.

Collaboration with Odunpazarı Modern Museum (OMM)

Since 2022, our Company has been supporting the “OMM Portfolio Days” program organized by the Odunpazarı Modern Museum (OMM) for students of Fine Arts Faculties. As a sponsor, we help young people connect with art professionals and support their career development in the arts.

Esas Sosyal “English Opportunity Program Supported by Hayırlı Sabancı”

Since 2022, our Company has been a corporate supporter of Esas Sosyal’s programs, including “First Chance with the Vision of Şevket Sabancı” and the “English Opportunity Program Supported by Hayırlı Sabancı.” Through this support, we provide young participants with their first work experience and contribute to their foreign language development.

Gender-Neutral Language Plug-In

As part of our commitment to gender equality and inclusive language, we have implemented the “Gender-Neutral Dictionary” plug-in into our company email systems. This tool suggests inclusive alternatives for gendered words or phrases, aiming to raise awareness and prevent gender-biased language among our employees and their email recipients.
