As İş Portföy, we are members of the following initiatives:

• 30% Club: We are a member of the 30% Club, founded on the belief that gender balance makes companies more successful and boards more effective.

• Corporate Governance Association of Turkey (TKYD): We are a member of TKYD, which was established with the mission of promoting, developing, and implementing the principles of corporate governance in Turkey.

• UN Global Compact: We are a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact, which brings together the business world to address shared challenges related to climate change and the environment, aiming to foster new initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders for a sustainable world and society. We are committed to aligning with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and preparing our annual Communication on Progress (CoP) report accordingly.
